This Week at Crossroads
The Crossroads Stuff:
Here's the latest from Crossroads!
We have the news you've been waiting for!! Now that winter is here we are releasing our holiday ale, Yukon Cornelius! We are excited to say that this years 7.1% abv malty strong ale was a collaborative effort between Hutch and Chef Paul! The brew was inspired by fresh gingerbread and they added sweet orange peel, cinnamon and ginger in the kettle during the brew. They then dry hopped this ale with cardamom to add a nice spicy aroma to the rich malt body. Mug Club members come on down and get 50 cents off your mug of Yukon Cornelius today! And don't forget our Saturday Night Special! Seared East Coast Scallops with Seafood Risotto and Roasted Fennel Bouillabaisse. You don't want to miss it!
